  • Major color transformations typically take between 2.5 to 5 hours, depending on your hair's starting color, density, length, and the desired level of lift.

  • We recommend booking a Toner / Gloss Refresh every 4 to 6 weeks to eliminate brassiness and keep your shade vibrant. Using a professional purple shampoo and bond-repair treatment at home will also prolong your color.

  • Our color services include premium bond-building and conditioning care to protect your hair's integrity. During your consultation, we evaluate your hair health to ensure we lighten it safely without compromise.

  • For full platinum/scalp bleach, we recommend touch-ups every 4 to 6 weeks to prevent uneven banding. For lived-in balayage or root tints, maintenance is usually every 8 to 12 weeks.

  • Yes, but it requires a Color Correction service. Please inform your stylist during consultation so we can safely lift previous dyes while keeping your hair healthy.

  • Come with clean, dry hair free of heavy product buildup or root touch-up sprays, and avoid washing your hair right before a scalp bleach to keep your natural scalp oils protective.
